The Iron Roughneck market has a lot of product available, however we chose to make a new design to fill a gap in this market. A compact high torque design with the ability to give true torque feed back in real time. By removing frictional resistance while making the connection the actual applied torque can be calculated from the hydraulic pressure. This product is designed to work well as a third party piece in a complete system or a stand alone wrench on a drilling rig. With multiple mounting configurations and the ability to support full torque through the mounting frame not just internal to the wrench.
