Jamie Decker originally grew up in Sherwood Park, AB, met his wife in Toronto, and settled in Devon, Alberta. His interests when in school lay in graphic design, industrial arts, fine arts, music, computers and technical drafting.
Jamie holds a diploma from NAIT in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology 1994. He specialized in Mechanical Design, Plastic Prototyping and Electrical Drafting. For over 25 years, he has worked for several different types of companies in architecture, civil engineering, electrical instrumentation, mechanical design, and Rapid Prototyping. He also has an interest in 3D Prototyping and is always working on some interesting invention and creating in his down time.
His skills lie in the desire to be an exceptional technologist highly skilled with 3D conceptual modelling. He enjoys preparing concept layout to kick off new projects, 3D rendering to aid in marketing, and preparing fabrication and technical documentation for the creation of new product.
Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and friend outdoors longboarding, hiking and swimming.
