In 2017, Rus-Tec Engineering was consulted by X-Treme Drilling Corporation to develop an automated multi-axis pipe handling tailing arm to integrate into their latest 850 XE Evolution Series drilling rig. Rus-Tec Engineering leveraged the mechanical design experience of their in-house engineering team and collaborated with NorthStar Fluid Power and Horizon North to develop an innovative turn-key product to improve drilling operation safety to protect drillers’ most valuable resource; its people. We are passionate about contributing quality products to the market that continuously provide technical evolution to the industry.
